Trying out piano playing, but not sure if you are ready to commit to purchasing a piano? Consider our Picarzo Piano Rental Program. Picarzo Pianos has a piano rental program to lease a Picarzo grand or upright piano by the month for $150 per month (minimum lease period of 6 months). This is also a rent-to-own program in case you decide to purchase a piano from Picarzo Pianos later -as a portion of each month's rental payment will be credited towards the purchase of a piano from Picarzo Pianos. We have several rental pianos in stock, and our pianos are extensively prepped and approved by our master piano technician prior to rental. Renter may purchase the rented piano, or any other piano in our showroom, with a portion of each month's prior rental fees applied to the purchase. First 6 months: $100 monthly credit after payment |

| Moving Fee | $700 1st floor moving fee due at signing (covers 2 moves at $350 each - to and from 1st floor home - steps and staircases have additional fees) ($350 is refundable if rented piano is subsequently purchased by renter) |
| Qualification | FICO Credit Score must be over 600. Renter must complete rental agreement and agree to a credit screening for qualification. Must show drivers license and proof of address for last two years. |
| Initial Payment | Initial payment due at signing includes pro-rated partial month rent, first full month rent ($150), 1st floor moving fees ($700), security deposit ($100), and sales tax on rent and moving fees. |
| Payments | Online rental fee invoices for $160.50 ($150 plus $10.50 sales tax) will be emailed after the first of each month, and must be paid by the 10th of each month. Failure to pay by the final day of the month will result in a termination of the rental agreement and the piano must be returned. |
| Tuning | Piano must be tuned at least once per year at renter expense. |
| Repairs | Picarzo is responsible for fixing mechanical defects in the piano, and renter is responsible for fixing renter-caused damage. |
