Business License

 

We are required by law to post the following documents conspicuously in our physical business location, and we feel it is appropriate to also post these documents on our website for those who do not visit our showroom when purchasing a piano.

The first document is our Business Tax Receipt issued by Pasco County, Florida (business license) to operate and do business in Pasco County, Florida as a Retail Musical Instruments Store.

The second document is our State of Florida Department of Revenue Sales Tax Certificate issued to authorized registered Sales and Use Tax Dealers in the State of Florida.

The third document is the Certificate of Status issued to Picarzo, LLC by the State of Florida Department of State. A specific State of Florida license is not required for Picarzo Pianos by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) because a piano retail store does not fall under the many categories (e.g., construction industry, real estate, restaurants) that require licensure with the State of Florida DBPR.
